Storm Prediction Center Storm Reports

A placefile for the current day's tornado, hail, and wind reports as provided by the Storm Prediction Center.
The placefile refreshes every 5 minutes in GR3 and my server checks for updates from the Storm Prediction Center every 10 minutes. The updates are triggered upon requesting the placefile and are run only if there is a request in order to save bandwidth on my end and the SPC's end.

Placefiles are served from a different domain to help us load balance in the future.

This placefile may still have bugs. Visit this forum to make support requests.

** Update 8/16: In the placefile manager list, the title for each of these placefiles will now show a total count of the reports in square brackets. See image below.

Meaning: 0 tornado reports, 2 hail reports, and 9 wind reports.

Note: I am aware that GR3 doesn't want to render the black pixels in the icons. For the hail icon, it seems to work out fine. The wind icon, however, isn't as fortunate. I'll get around to making better icons down the line.
